Returns & Refunds
You have 30 business days from the delivery date to return an item. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@zoeandzane.com. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
All returns must be shipped to our return facility in China. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are typically around 50 AUD, depending on the shipping carrier and package size.
Once your return has been received, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. We do not charge any restocking fees.
We also offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item.
If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within 2 hours of placing it.
