Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on every order. No minimum required.

Please note that we currently ship only within Australia.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT +10) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, delivery usually takes between 5 to 8 business days. The total delivery time is approximately 6–11 business days.

We ship using trusted carriers such as DHL, Australia Post, and FedEx. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If this happens, we will do our best to keep you informed.
